1. How long does it take to receive my personalized engraving?
Our processing time for personalized engravings is typically 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive it within 7-10 business days.
2. Can I preview my engraving before placing an order?
We offer a preview feature when customers are designing their products.
3. Can I request a custom product?
Yes, we accept custom product requests for engravings. Please use our contact form and we will get back as soon as possible
4. Can I return or exchange a personalized engraving?
Due to the personalized nature of our engravings, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your item.
5. Do I need to edit the photo before hand?
Although it will make the preview feature look closer to the finished product, no you do not need to edit the photo before hand. Visit our helpful tips page for more information on how to easily remove the background. We have access to the original photo and the preview image. Use the comment section for requests such as removing the background or leaving it in.
