How to easily remove a background on an iPhone:

1. In photos, hold down on the subject's face and select "Share"
2. Select "Save Image"
    
3. The image with the background removed can be found in your photos app

How to easily remove a background on MacOS:

1. Right click on the picture file
2. Go to "Quick Actions" -> "Remove Background"
   
   
   
3. This will create a new .png file with the name "your_file_name Background Removed.png"
